3D Printing in Boise — Prototypes, Parts & Custom Components

GeekIT.Pro prints functional parts, prototypes, and custom components for Boise and Treasure Valley businesses, hobbyists, and product developers. From a single one-off to small production runs.

What We Print

  • Functional prototypes — iterate on a part’s fit, finish, or geometry before committing to mold tooling or machined production.
  • Replacement parts — brackets, mounts, gears, knobs, and housings for equipment that the manufacturer no longer supports.
  • Custom enclosures & jigs — cases for boards and electronics, alignment jigs for shop work, and fixtures for repeatable assembly.
  • Branded accessories — product packaging inserts, branded display stands, and small batch swag.
  • Maker projects — the part you’ve been modeling in your head that doesn’t exist yet.

Materials & Capabilities

We print in PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, and TPU as standard, with carbon-fiber and glass-fiber reinforced filaments available for parts that need extra stiffness. Layer heights from fast-and-functional down to high-detail finishes. Build volumes accommodate most consumer and small commercial parts in one piece, and we split larger geometries cleanly when needed.

We’ll guide you to the right material based on the part’s use case — UV exposure, heat, mechanical load, food contact, or aesthetic finish all push the choice in different directions.

How It Works

  1. Send us your model (STL, STEP, or 3MF), or describe what you need and we can model it for you.
  2. We confirm material, layer height, infill, and quantity, and quote turnaround.
  3. We print a test piece if the project benefits from one, then run the full job.
  4. Local pickup in Boise, or we ship.
